Smart Digital Payments and SDP OWLS have published a book titled “SDP OWL’S Emoji’s Emotionally intelligent owls “that supports emotional intelligence in early learning aged children and has fun interactive drawing experiences to allow for further growth of the ideas within as well as showing that SDP is acting as a solution to a major problem plaguing the world which is the lack of importance of EQ (emotional intelligence) in the public school systems and society in general.

This wholesome children's book includes fun empowering statements about some common emotions and situations where emotional intelligence is necessary such as: Love, Confusion, Laughing, Saying no, Fairness etc.

WHAT ARE SDP OWLS?

They were originally created in 2020 by Mike Smart, CEO of Smart Digital Payments. A cryptocurrency payments business who started using their mascot SDP to spread awareness to the benefits of cryptocurrencies and how to utilize it to provide support for some of the worlds biggest issues including: financial literacy, emotional intelligence, reforestation, inequality, Food scarcity, Resource sustainability.

SDP OWL's are helping to support artists who design the SDP Owls while also spreading positivity within the NFT ( Digital Collectible) and Blockchain community by using their profits to fund their vision for building a better world. Profits from these SDP OWL's have already planted over 3300 trees through their partnership with a Reforestation Project. SDP OWL's can also be found in cartoons, documentaries and games of all kinds.

WHAT INSPIRED THE AUTHORS?
Mike Smart: "The book was written during an exercise with my 2 daughters with whom I homeschool. It was interesting, being tasked with explaining to my children how to express their emotions to other children within the construct of a one/two sentence rhyme scheme. Surprisingly it was a huge success.

We are super excited to see this book finished and hope it will become the first of a line of books we write together as a father daughter trio while we are teaching each other how to be better people through teaching others the important lessons of life in a concise enjoyable manner"

About the author

Mike Smart is an experienced business owner with a demonstrated history of working in the web3 industry diving head first into digital payment systems and contactless payments. Skilled in Sales, Health Promotion, Product Marketing, Health Education.
